Cancellations and refunds on tour package
Cancellations must be notified in writing to Cal India Tours and Travels at sales@calindiatours.com or on mobile and WhatsApp +919837061405.
Payments are non-refundable as per cancellation policy below
Tour Pacakage Cancellations
Booking Conditions
- All registration cancellations are subject to a $700 non-refundable service fee .
- Less than 140 days 50%
- Less than 120 days 60%
- Less that 60 days 70%
- Less that 45 days 80%
- Less than 30 days 100%
Cancellation as per airlines rules
Airfares
International airfares are not included (unless otherwise stated / booked ) in the ground cost of tours. It is strongly recommended that you travel on the suggested flights to ensure you receive all components of the tour.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended and should be arranged by individual delegates.
